System Upgrade Weekend - April 30 through May 3, 2021
We are bringing our credit unions together to grow your future. Together, our combined organizations will deliver more products, more services, and greater choices for you. We will begin the process of upgrading our systems the weekend of April 30 through May 3, 2021.

This online guide includes important information regarding accounts, services and temporary interruptions during our system upgrade. Please check back frequently as things are subject to change.
*Weekend of April 30
On April 30th, 2021, we will begin transitioning to our new digital banking platform. Part of this transition process requires an unavoidable service interruption to your digital banking services over the weekend from April 30th, until the morning of May 3rd at 8:00 AM CDT. During this period, you will not be able to log on to Online or Mobile Banking, schedule Bill Pay payments, set up one-time or reoccurring transactions, or send funds with Popmoney.
Every banking system is being carefully converted to ensure a smooth and reliable transition. Undoubtedly, times of change can bring on a sense of uncertainty in any industry. We are positive that when that uncertainty involves “your finances,” anxiety is ramped up even higher. As hard as we at America’s Credit Union have tried to keep our members informed, the system upgrades are undoubtedly not exempt to that apprehension. Please be assured, we have been very mindful and diligent to ensure a seamless process.
Bill Pay Service Interruption
The last day you can schedule payments and make changes to Bill Pay in the America’s Credit Union Online Banking system is Thursday, April 29th at 3:00 PM CDT. Future-dated payments will be processed during our conversion, but you will not be able to make any new payments or make changes to Bill Pay until the new Online Banking system is available at 8:00 AM CDT on Monday, May 3rd.
NOTE: If you have Bill Pay service set up with scheduled transactions, it is important to log on to digital banking starting May 3rd to verify these scheduled transactions are correct.
Bill Pay Payees and History
Your Bill Pay payees will transfer to the new Online Banking system as well as your past transaction history.
Direct Deposits - ACH Transactions
We are confident members will not experience any disruption in ACH processing. If you are currently receiving direct deposits such as Social Security, or other ACH direct deposits in the form of payroll, etc., these transactions will continue, beginning May 3rd. No action is necessary.
The routing number for America’s Credit Union will remain 311982435 and doesn’t need to be changed. Our core provider has additionally worked directly with the Federal Reserve to eliminate potential room for inaccuracies and ensure processing on the first business day of May.
Debit Card/Credit Card PIN Information
If you are currently using an America’s Credit Union debit card or credit card you can continue to use it. On Monday, May 3rd, you will need to update your PIN number on those cards by calling 800-290-7893. You can use the same PIN as before.
Note: Your credit and debit cards will continue to work for online transactions, however for PIN-based purchases (such as gas, ATM transactions, etc.), starting May 3rd your PIN must be updated to continue to use your card for point-of-sale transactions.
You can continue to use your current checks after the system upgrade.

Register for Online Banking
On May 3rd, 2021 at 8:00 AM, you will need to enroll as a first-time user at americascu.org under Log In. You will need the following to complete the process:
- Social Security Number
- Member #
- Email address
- Phone number currently on file with the credit union
Once the system can verify who you are (via text, phone, or email), you will be able to set a password and have access to your accounts online.
Note: if your current phone number does not match the phone number currently on file with the credit union, you will need to contact our member service center at 1-800-543-2811 for assistance with logging in for the first time.
Download Mobile App
On May 3rd, 2021, download the new AmericasCU mobile app on your smartphone or tablet via the Google Play or Apple App store. Make sure you have enrolled in the new Online Banking at americascu.org prior to logging into the mobile app.
Note: Starting April 30th the current digital banking app will no longer work. You will be required to replace your existing app with the AmericasCU app to continue using mobile banking.

We're Excited To Announce Our Most Recent Merger Partner!
GO Federal Credit Union, a $143 million credit union in Dallas, has officially merged into America's Credit Union, effective October 1, 2020.
Enhanced Services For All Members
We are working with GO FCU to prepare for the integration of all systems and services by mid-year 2021. GO FCU brings significant technological strength to the table that will greatly expand services, as well as position America's Credit Union for prospective growth in the years ahead.
Expanded Branch Network in 2021
Additionally, members of both credit unions will benefit from an expanded branch network upon completion of the system integration in 2021.
NOTE: Each credit union's members should continue to use their current branches until an announcement is made in 2021 that all branches are available to all members.
ACU's New Organizational Structure
Combining the credit unions creates a team of about 100 employees serving over 37,000 members, with assets totaling nearly $400 million. We're pleased to announce that all staff members will keep their jobs as employees of America's Credit Union!
ACU President/CEO Rebecca McCoy retired soon after the merger, after first transitioning to a president/consultant role, and GO’s President/CEO Bert Beal has now assumed the full leadership role at America's Credit Union.
This merger offers many benefits to both memberships including enhanced services, a larger branch network, and a stronger financial institution with greater assets to support its member's financial needs. We are pleased to welcome GO FCU employees and members to America's Credit Union!
